Taylor Swift, full Taylor Alison Swift. American singer/songwriter who's had great popularity with her stories she recounts about her early heartbreak. Swift discovered a love for musical instruments as a young person and quickly progressed from playing in kids' shows, and then making her first public appearance public. At the age of 11, she sang The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game and the following year she picked up the guitar and began to write songs. Swift was inspired to create her own music by artists from the country genre such as Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. Swift moved from Pennsylvania along with her parents and moved to Tennessee, Hendersonville. she reached 13 and decided to spend more time to contacting the country music labels.
